Part 2 — Practical application
Participants work through realistic management scenarios, discuss possible responses, and consider how management theory becomes real management action.

About this Training
This session is designed as a practical introduction to stronger leadership and management capability and also serves as a pathway into my full-day executive training programme. This is a practical, business-focused executive education session delivered by Dr Emmanuel Amadi through The Amadi Global Institute (TAGi) | Executive Education, which Amadi Global presents as part of our leadership and executive education offer.
I do not teach management as theory alone. I teach it as something that must work in organisations, businesses, boardrooms, and operational environments where decisions carry consequences.
My perspective is shaped not only by professional leadership training and consultancy work, but also by real governance and board-level experience in the United Kingdom over the past 24 years.
I have sat in boardrooms as a Non-Executive Director and Company Director across multiple organisations, including in the formation and establishment of a Multi-Academy Trust in Greater Manchester, England. Specifically, I served as a Non-Executive Director / Company Director and Board Trustee of The Oak Learning Partnership, a Multi-Academy Trust in Bury, Greater Manchester, where I provided strategic oversight on growth, performance and quality of education.
That experience matters because management and leadership are not abstract concepts. They affect people, accountability, standards, culture, risk, and results.
