The Institute was established by Dr. Emmanuel Eni Amadi, PhD, Executive MBA, who serves as CEO. With over two decades of professional experience in the United Kingdom, Dr. Amadi is a Doctor of Nanotoxicology, Clinical Pharmacist, Scientist, and Business Consultant. Furthering his commitment to Executive excellence, Dr. Amadi is Harvard University-trained in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence (Harvard University Extension School, Cambridge, USA, 2019). An accomplished author of 6 books spanning business and entrepreneurship, he has written, taught, and spoken extensively on the transformative power of emotions in leadership.
